Performance Analyst

We're looking for a Performance Analyst to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham. Within this role, you can enjoy competitive annual holiday entitlement with opportunities to buy/sell leave, a fantastic, matched pension scheme, a share in the success you help to create by investing in Kier through our Sharesave and Share Incentive Plans and even more., As Performance Analyst, you'll be working within the Quality & Performance team, supporting in completing approximately 14,000 unique jobs per month, managing these through the management information system, CONFIRM. The team are always actively monitoring the creation, planning, progress and closing down of jobs, meeting the performance obligations of the ISC, working closely with the operational teams.

Your day to day will include:

• Contract management, including identification of performance KPIs, conducting quality audits of ongoing and completed works across the contract


• Identifying local data owners for general performance data and KPIs, ensuring the timely submission of complete and accurate performance reports


• Process mapping, identifying business improvement opportunities, producing business analysis supporting business improvement ideas


• Supporting ad hoc requests for local performance data, monitoring and investigating performance issues from MIS dashboards


• Developing client relationship and stakeholder management, working closely with the operational teams, implementing process improvements
  
  You are confident in challenging data and performance levels with various senior stakeholders, proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, including graphs and pivot tables


• Logical approach to problem solving, attention to detail with a high level of accuracy


• Able to communicate to all levels and effective time management and ability to manage own workloads
