Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR OD Performance Team in KCC's Kent Analytics team for a Performance Analyst. This is a temporary full time contract for up to 10 months. This post could be offered as a secondment opportunity for current KCC Staff.

With a particular focus on People Analytics, the team use HR data to support Kent County Council's People Strategy. Working closely with customers within the Human Resources and Organisational Development division and across KCC, you will use a range of different techniques to produce, interpret, analyse, and present complex data.

You will provide high quality data analysis in a timely manner to support decision making and the delivery of KCC's People Strategy. This will require the use of your excellent communication skills, providing expert advice and guidance on data and analysis, and supporting customers with their interpretation and understanding of data.

There may also be the opportunity to develop your skills by supporting the wider Kent Analytics team who support teams and services across the council.

You will have experience of using various reporting tools, such as Excel and PowerBI, to enhance the analysis and presentation of people data.
