Performance Analyst

The Performance Analyst will support the College's strategic and key operational objectives by developing and providing timely, high quality performance management data relevant to the College's KPIs, including success, observation, value added, diversity and perception data.

The Performance Analyst will ensure that staff at all levels have access to appropriate and meaningful information that enables and contributes to effective planning and monitoring, analysing and understanding reporting outputs and providing relevant associated guidance.
