Full Job Description

An integral part of the team, the Performance Assistant role supports team members to deliver high quality Youth Justice Services.

About the role
Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5 - 7 £24,790- £25,584 p.a. pro rata

Hours of work/work pattern: 18.5 hours between Mon - Friday, Description: The role of the Performance Assistant is to provide all aspects of administrative support, input/ data, cleanse information and run reports within the YOS Information System to enable performance reporting to key stakeholders.

Good organisation skills
Good communication skills
Proficiency in Office applications such as word and excel
Self-motivated and able to use your initiative
Ability to accurately record and analyse data in a range of database locations and formats.
The ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
The ability to work to deadlines
