Full Job Description
1. Ensure all on site activity and data is captured in a compliant and accurate manner in our corporate systems (e.g. IMS, S:/) in order for further analysis within the business. 2. As an Operational Performance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the monitoring and the reporting of all activities within the Water Logistics function. These include Water Quality activities, WL Performance and all associated legislative requirements associated with Agency Contract drivers. 3. You will be required to Assist in developing and implementing an effective control/scheduling system in order to ensure all requests are received, recorded, confirmed, scheduled, controlled and ultimately closed upon completion. 4. Responsible for developing updated procedures and a control system to able you to manage and report on all deployment activities for the Clean Water Tanker & Bowser fleet. You will be required to interrogate this system for the basis for verification of invoices in line with contractual arrangements which is valued in the region of £2m per year (driver & haulage) and subsequently using SAP SRM to process payments. Any discrepancies would need to be raised with supplier and information provided to document any errors. 5. You will be required to undertake reviews for each tankering activity undertaken in line with contractual obligations/SLA's & to provide of performance reports to the WL Performance Manager for review. 6. Liaise with Silver Centre's during operational incidents where required - receiving instructions and keeping Operational Managers informed on Water Logistics Activities. 7. Good understanding of EU Driver's hour regulations, DVSA requirements and all other information surrounding the operation of Water Logistics HGV fleet. To ensure on deployment of DCWW Vehicles to contract driver, all relevant and necessary paperwork & driver license checks are completed/documented in line with legal requirements to prevent a situation of non-compliance for the DCWW operation 8. Responsible for ordering equipment, chemicals, fuel, PPE, arrange servicing requirements and any other goods required by the WL Team. Ordering to be completed through SRM, quotations requested from framework suppliers and Purchase orders raised, processed and paid within SLA's. 9. Ensure that all necessary records are kept satisfying internal and external stakeholder audits. 10. Participate in an OOH standby rota and within a working pattern (this will be determined by demand - Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm)Who you'll work with Internal:

- A full UK drivers licence is required for the role.
