Full Job Description

The Operational Performance Team are seeking two SEO Performance Insight Leads to join the team. The Team is responsible for providing a range of accurate, balanced, and reliable reporting and analysis across our Chief Operations Office (COO). We are a trusted partner and strategic enabler for the VOA , by providing valuable insights, to enable data driven decision making, strategic support, and a comprehensive understanding of performance metrics. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need strong prioritisation skills to ensure that the demands of the role are managed smoothly and promptly, with attention to detail. Performance Insight Lead - Key responsibilities

  • Leading on providing insight and analysis for COO business areas and providing a range of Operational performance support activities within Operational Planning and Performance Team (OPPT).
  • Being proactive in supporting the Head of Operational Performance with analysing and reviewing all areas of VOA Performance and Productivity; identifying, and sharing risks, opportunities, and trends with VOA Leadership teams, and recommending improvement approaches.
  • As part of the Service Delivery Group Network, attend and supporting meetings and engaging with a range of internal partners, providing support, insight and direction for the wider Operational Planning and Performance community.
  • Regular delivery of all standard performance reporting for the COO, including ExCom, Hot Topics, Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews and presentation and performance hub packs for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • In collaboration with the COO leaders, support the Agencies' data strategy, including promoting and supporting the use of Agency Reporting Tools and a culture of Management Information self-service.
