Full Job Description

Analysing recruitment funnel acquisition and conversion data per local and making strategic recommendations to ensure recruitment targets and cost of acquisition KPIs are met

-

Creating sustainable competitive advantage in digital acquisition strategy and delivery within the market

Main areas of responsibility

-

Plan and execute campaigns that support the Recruitment team to achieve their hiring targets while constantly optimising our Cost of Acquisition (CAC).

-

Channel management - Manage all primary transactional attraction channels - job boards/paid search and social/organic SEO - and agency/freelance/in house delivery.

Conversion management - Ownership of on- and off-site conversion funnels through to delivery of positively screened applicant (conditional offer further down the line)

Strategic planning - Weekly reporting and monitoring of performance by branch and monthly budget setting by branch/channel. Ensuring we understand the impact of changes to budget at a micro level.

Working alongside the content manager to Create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign and job board performance, ensuring the impact of changes is measured.

5+ years experience in funnel-based acquisition management - ideally in the recruitment sector.

Experience across job boards paid social, search & display, and other PPC-driven channels, plus audience identification, targeting and development.

Experience with website conversion strategy and implementation; very strong on analytics and CRO.
