Key Responsibilities You will develop the industry campaign strategy for our Sage Intacct solution in close collaboration with key stakeholders to align to revenue and strategic goals within your target industry verticals whilst working with marketing operations to ensure tracking is in place to monitor and report on campaign performance. You will measure, analyse, optimize and report back to the business on campaign KPIs and key funnel metrics whilst managing and adhering to allocated budget. You will also design end-to-end campaigns in conjunction with supporting marketing functions including integrated campaign, social, PR, SEO and media, as well as maintain alignment with sales, marketing operations, web management, information systems, and finance. Managing key stakeholders across multiple functions and regions is critical to ensure delivery of master assets, including upward management, agencies and peers and other internal stakeholders. You will also align to the needs of regional marketing teams at a global level without creating conflicts with other regional initiatives.

  • Experience in B2B demand generation ideally within a similar industry with complex buying processes and relatively long sales cycles.
  • Development and execution of targeted, multi-touch campaigns and the vision to go beyond the brief to achieve results.
  • Your ability to 'get things done' and navigate corporate structures, working with multiple teams to achieve your goals is paramount.
  • Ability to learn and maximise use of multiple systems and technologies is also key - for example SFDC, intent data tools, reporting systems etc.
  • Understand how to use social media and digital media within your demand campaigns to drive results and be able to monitor performance.
  • Ability to get multiple stakeholders to buy into a vision and strategy for the campaigns.
  • Experience of working with both central services (matrix model) and multiple agencies is useful.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of business impact metrics and how to impact marketing metrics across the funnel.
  • Exceptional project and agency management.
  • Upward management to gain acceptance for plans and budgets.
  • Multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing program design, creation and implementation with deep understanding of digital and social activities.

    As a Performance Marketing Manager for Sage Intacct, you are responsible for the effective planning, development and delivery of scalable industry marketing campaigns that will help increase net new customers for our Sage Intacct solution within the UKI region. You will work closely and collaborate with many stakeholders across several functions. Measuring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance with a strategic mindset to continuously improve results is also key to this role as is understanding marketing funnel metrics, working with the SDR and Sales team to understand Sales pipeline management.
