Full Job Description

The purpose of this role will be to identify potential performance and ways to ensure that any performance relating to Restart is claimed in a successful, compliant and timely manner throughout the supply chain.,

  • Work closely with Supply Chain Partners to ensure that all contractual targets and KPIs are achieved within the appropriate timescales.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience time to address any knowledge gaps in the Supply Chain that are impacting on performance.
  • Work closely with Employer Engagement teams to develop opportunities to drive performance.

    Proven experience in building and maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • The ability to analyse and use data to support achievement of goals.
  • Proven ability to identify trends and amend goals accordingly.
  • IT Literate.
  • The ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
