Full Job Description

The post holder will support the Digital Midwife and Maternity Senior Management Team with the maintenance and ongoing development of the maternity Electronic Patient Record (EPR) System, BadgerNet.

The role will include providing front line support to healthcare professionals involved in maternity care,together with supporting service users with the mobile application (Badger Notes).

The main purpose is to provide administrative system and reporting support to the Digital Midwife.

Work alongside the Digital Midwife to plan and deliver system training for a range of healthcare professionals.

Act as first line support for system users, providing advice and guidance on the system and how to troubleshoot issues.

Liaise with members of the public accessing maternity care at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust where advice and guidance with the mobile application (Badger Notes) will be provided.

The post holder will be a vital support the Digital Midwife and Maternity Senior Management Team with the maintenance and ongoing development of the maternity Electronic Patient Record (EPR) System, BadgerNet.

The main purpose is to provide administrative system and reporting support to the Digital Midwife including MSDS data and requests from the national and regional digital groups.

The role will be pivotal in contributing to the everyday running and maintenance including providing front line support to staff in maternity, neonates and theatres together with supporting service users with the mobile application (Badger Notes).

Contribute to ongoing system training and be contactable for acute perinatal system queries.
