Your Daily Impact:
• Manage care homes in the absence of a Home Manager
• Support and mentor Home Managers across locations
• Assist with new home integrations and growth initiatives
• Document and enhance processes to increase occupancy and improve care
Essential Experience:
• NVQ 3 in Care (or equivalent); willingness to study for NVQ 5/7.
• Registered Manager with experience navigating a CQC inspection.
• Minimum one year as a Home Manager in an elderly care setting.
