Peripatetic Music Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and high-quality music service providing musiceducation in schools and teaching centres throughout Shropshire. Shropshire Music Service isseeking peripatetic teachers to join their outstanding team of music professionals fromJanuary 2025.Successful candidates will have the ability to deliver either curriculum music lessons to keystage 1 and 2 learners and/or string instrumental tuition to learners of all ages and ability.Multiple instrumental specialisms may be advantageous.

You will have experience of music curriculum delivery or possess a high level of skill on yourspecialist instrument, ideally with experience of teaching on a one-to-one basis or in smallgroups. Experience of delivering whole class instrumental tuition would be advantageous. Youwill possess relevant professional qualifications in music or on your main instrument with thepotential of offering wider specialist skills.
