Full Job Description

  • You'll provide crucial administrative and organisational support to a business leader

  • Through engagement with other senior leaders, you'll be well placed to build your professional network and open yourself up to future career opportunities

  • You'll work from home some of the time, but you'll also spend 2 to 3 days a week working from our London office


  • What you'll do

    As a Personal Assistant, you'll be providing essential high-quality support to one of our business leaders. This will include providing information, coordinating activities and communications, effectively interacting with key stakeholders and accurately completing a variety of administrative tasks. You'll be working in a busy, fast-paced environment where you'll anticipate your leader's needs and plan accordingly.

    Day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Managing diaries and inboxes, making sure that all emails are actioned and relevant documentation for meetings is provided

  • Organising and monitoring paper and electronic filing systems

  • Organising internal and external meetings, including the provision and distribution of meeting papers

  • Screening telephone calls on behalf of the business leader

  • Processing expenses and invoices

    If you have strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, this role could suit your skill set, To be successful in this role, you'll need experience of working in an executive support role. We'll also be looking for you to have experience of managing diaries and inboxes, making complex travel arrangements, along with good attention to detail. You'll have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your support style to offer the most effective support to your leader.


  • You'll also demonstrate:

  • The ability to analyse and prioritise information, instructions and papers

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and the ability to use Excel

  • Knowledge of systems for expenses logging

  • An awareness of the customer business and how it interacts with the rest of the organisation

  • A proven track record or supporting senior leaders, either as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • Effective and efficient organisation of meetings, including arranging rooms and/or technology requirements
