Full Job Description

Applications are invited for a motivated and experienced Personal Assistants to provide responsive, effective, reliable and high-quality administrative support to the Senior Leads of the Inpatients South Locality CBU. You will be working alongside one other Personal Assistants, supporting the Senior Leads of the CBU.
The post holder will provide Personal Assistant support to Senior Clinical Staff by way of diary management, typing, minute taking live minutes alongside agreed cover arrangement actions during leave.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills, minute taking experience as well as a working knowledge of office procedures including IT skills.
You should currently hold the required level of qualifications, as outlined in the Essential Criteria of the Personal Specification or be able to evidence working admin experience over the last two years. If you do not meet this criteria you may not be shortlisted.

+ Deliver first class customer service and thrive in a busy environment
+ Have excellent verbal and written skills, and communicate professionally and effectively at all levels both within and outside the Trust
+ Be confident in prioritising and negotiating conflicting workloads and manage their time accordingly
+ Evidence exceptional organisational skills, a flexible approach to work, experience of accurate, high volume minute taking and reliable diary management
+ Be a proficient audio typist
+ Be able to work as a team
+ Have previous secretarial experience or equivalent
+ Have excellent IT skills and be confident in using all Microsoft Packages
+ Act on their own initiative and demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
+ Have excellent minute taking experience
The post holder will also undertake additional duties such as ordering supplies, requesting repairs and updating rotas and duty sheets. This list is not exhaustive.
