Full Job Description

This role will provide personal assistant support to the business leader(s) of Global Tax and Global Audit and Risk. It will be required to co-ordinate their activities and provide administrative support. This is a varied and challenging role which requires a high degree of flexibility, initiative and confidentiality.,

  • Meeting co-ordination, preparation, including ability to set up and run virtual meetings

  • Ensure all Purchase Orders, invoices and expenses are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner

  • Co-ordination of data & digital filing systems

  • Preparation of relevant business reports e.g. team budget

  • Managing routine one-off and recurring tasks, including resolving issues and implementing comprehensive solutions

  • Facilitating departmental initiatives (e.g. global town hall meeting organisation, and coordinating between members of the leadership/extended leadership team re administrative tasks that benefit the department)

  • Management and organisation of internal and external events e.g. conferences, meetings, events

  • Travel, visa and accommodation management and co-ordination

  • Timely management of expenditure via Concur, ensuring a thorough filing and reference system is in place

    Demonstration of high performance in a PA or Team Assistant role
