An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA/Office Manager to join our Administrative Team
The post holder will provide comprehensive admin support to the Halton and Warrington Leadership Team.
Successful applicants will be able to organise their own workload and co-ordinate workload activities within the team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills.
There is a need to be able to work to tight deadlines and withstand the pressure of a busy department and it is essential that you are able to work on your own initiative.
Some travel between sites is also required., As an experienced Medical PA/Secretary, you will be managing diaries of the leadership team. You will be required to arrange internal and external meetings.
Taking comprehensive minutes is an integral part of the role, you must be competent in taking live minutes in meetings, preparing for your meetings in advance, chase up outstanding actions, produce reports etc.

The Trust expects all post holders who require an enhanced DBS for their role subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £13 per year and maintain registration.
