Personal Assistant

I am a 51 year man with spinal problems making getting around very painful and difficult for me. I use a wheel chair when out and about but can manage to walk short distances.
Due to medication for pain and my depression i get forgetful at times and need someone to check with me I've taken my tablets. I would also appreciate some one to support with household paperwork etc.
I also would prefer someone to be in house when i shower just in case i slip / fall.
Someone to do a bit of housework or food prep at times or come with me to do some shopping would be a great help.
