Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Have you previously supported a senior leader and managed a busy, ever changing diary? Do you take pride in taking ownership of providing a comprehensive and confidential service? If so, we want to hear from you!,

  • Diary management, meeting organisation and management of complex travel schedules and itineraries.
  • Preparing presentations for board meetings and taking minutes
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met for board reports/type up correspondence and any minute-taking, so the appropriate documentation is prepared.
  • The role also involves specific project work as required to support the Regional Director, including organising supplier and customer events
  • HR support in partnership with the HR Business Partner, David Wade is a part-time Branch Manager at Travis Perkins Cambridge Kilmaine, having been with us for almost four years. In 2021 David became a father for the first time, which encouraged him

    Travis Perkins now has an opportunity for an experienced PA to join us on a full time basis supporting three of our Regional Directors in our South East region. This role will be based in our Travis Perkins branch in Watford with a hybrid working arrangement, and we are flexible on hours too, this can be discussed with one of our recruitment partners., Our businesses span the trade, home improvement and DIY markets and our aim is to offer the best for our employees, customers, suppliers and the communities around us which helps bring our strategy to life., Charlotte joined the Travis Perkins Group with no previous experience in the industry but has since gained a promotion and is now Assistant Manager at our Tool Hire branch in Hemel Hempstead, Since June 2022, David has been part-time in his role as Branch Manager and his 'new role as house-husband' (his words!)
