We are looking for two dedicated Personal Assistants to support our leaders in the Maritime and Guest Experience divisions at Carnival UK. Maritime Division: In this crucial role, you'll be part of a team responsible for the safe operation of the P&O Cruises and Cunard fleets. We focus on developing skilled and motivated colleagues while providing well-equipped assets and operational processes that meet and exceed business needs. Our Maritime teams deliver essential expertise in health, safety, security, and nautical & engineering matters, all aimed at creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests. Guest Experience Division: The P&O Cruises Guest Experience team plays a vital role in our fleet operations. They are the first point of contact for our shipboard leadership team you'll help bridge the gap between ship and shore, offering valuable advice and support. We strive to adapt to our guests' changing needs and inspire our crew to SHINE in delivering exceptional service. When challenges arise, we're committed to recovering brilliantly to ensure guest satisfaction.,

  • Supporting assigned senior leaders by ensuring they are prepared for upcoming engagements and work priorities. This includes proactively preparing the necessary 'paperwork' and logistical requirements..
  • Manage and maintain diary to ensure a balance between business meetings, travel, lead time preparation and work priorities. Organising travel arrangements as required.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes / actions points for the senior leader(s) as required. As well as preparing correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf of the senior leaders where needed.
  • Overseeing emails, prioritising and delegating as agreed with the senior leader(s). Filtering general information, queries and phone calls for the senior leader(s) by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  • Support administration of the wider Leadership Team including coordination and arrangement of events, as required. Working flexibly and collaboratively with other Personal Assistants to ensure all of the departments work is covered.

    PA or minimum secretarial experience at a senior level in a high volume office, ideally within a large business environment
  • Flexibility - able to work collaboratively with other Personal Assistants to ensure all departments work is covered, supporting others in times of high demand and absence.
  • Ability to work on own initiative to problem solve when managing changing and conflicting priorities.
  • Awareness of confidentiality of tasks undertaken and use of appropriate discretion
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite (in particular PowerPoint and Word), together with strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
