As an Personal Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting senior leadership while leading the coordination of impactful special projects. What You'll Do:

  • Executive Support: Manage the diaries, emails, and meeting schedules for the Chief Revenue Officer and VP of Sales to ensure seamless operations.
  • Project Coordination and Management: Take ownership of special projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Meeting Preparation: Draft agendas, take detailed minutes, and manage action points to keep the leadership team focused on high-impact activities.
  • Communication Management: Act as the central point of contact for senior leadership, handling correspondence and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Administrative Excellence: Organise travel, prepare presentations, and provide administrative support to enhance the productivity of leadership and teams.

    Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Demonstratable experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, with a background in stakeholder management.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

    Competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum.
