Personal Assistant

Key Care & Support are a specialist provider of person centred community support, supported living, respite and care at home support to adults and children with complex and individual needs. We are seeking a dedicated and confident Personal Assistant (PA) to support a 42-year-old man with an acquired brain injury. This role does not involve personal care but requires a PA to assist in maintaining an active and busy lifestyle. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with day-to-day activities and outings (e.g., visits to the pub, dining out, and other social events).
• Supporting him in activities with his two children, including school pick-ups and outings.
• Helping him stay organised and ensuring his days run smoothly.
  
  Ideally a car driver with business insurance (mileage reimbursed).
• Strong, confident individual who is familiar with positive behaviour support.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours and schedules.
• Able to start as soon as possible.
