We discourage over reliance on AI-generated applications as it will lessen your chances of success in securing an interview with us ., We are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support our Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) leads based at Edward Jenner Court. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vital part of our healthcare team, ensuring the efficient operation of IPC services, contributing to patient safety, and supporting the delivery of high-quality care. Please take time to thoroughly read the attached job description and person specification document before applying., · To provide a high quality, administrative and secretarial service to the IPC Team Lead(s) and team, (including wider and senior NTQ Directorate Management as requested).
· To undertake responsibility for all of the day to day management of the administrative, clerical and secretarial functions associated with the team, setting the appropriate high standards and culture, ensuring the highest standard of security and confidentiality at all times, and ensuring that work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
· Working and acting on own initiative and dealing with potentially complex situations and raising Infection Control issues through the appropriate channels., · To provide a high quality, administrative and secretarial service to the IPC Team Lead(s) and team, (including wider and senior NTQ Directorate Management as requested).

· Ensuring that in the absence of the Lead ICN and other team members, all urgent and important matters are dealt with at the appropriate level.
· To adopt a constantly flexible approach to ensure that objectives are completed efficiently and within given timescales
· To communicate effectively with a wide range of healthcare professionals across the organisation. The role will require cross agency working including other healthcare trusts, ICB, Primary Care, Independent Health Care Providers, PHE and Service Level Agreement contracts.
