Full Job Description

We're looking for an outstanding individual to provide essential admin support to our team of advisors and PA support to the business owner.

The duties of this role include:

  • Prepare regulatory client letters and documentation on behalf of the advisors.

  • Keep clients updated on the progress of their applications.

  • Returning customer enquiries and booking appointments for our advisors.

  • Thorough file checking and compliance duties to maintain accuracy and regulatory standards.

  • Liaise with clients and providers by email and phone.

  • Provide dedicated PA support to the business owner.


  • The list of duties is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required in terms of what may be required to deliver rounded support to the business owner and advisor team.

  • Experience as a personal assistant or office administrator

  • Financial Services experience is an advantage but not essential

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills

  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
