Full Job Description

To provide comprehensive, flexible, and confidential administrative support to multiple services within the City-Wide Services, part of the Therapeutics and Palliative Care Directorate.
To provide a full range of personal assistant duties to multiple services within the City-Wide Services.
To work collaboratively with other members of the Therapeutics and Palliative Care Directorate administrative team, ensuring cross-cover and coordination across the Directorate.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Personal Assistant/ Administrator to support City-Wide Services within the Therapeutics and Palliative Care Directorate. The role includes diary management, coordinating events, database maintenance, and general administrative duties, and will support clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver the best care to patients.
The new post holder will work closely with a friendly and supportive team, including clinicians, managers, and other PAs within the Directorate. Experience in a Healthcare setting is not essential but would be an advantage. You will demonstrate strong team working skills, a collaborative approach, a passion for people in this diverse role. Previous personal assistant experience and administrative processes would be highly desirable.
