Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen in the Children and Young People East Area Team at BCU Health Board, for a Personal Assistant to Head of Nursing, Service Managers and Clinical Team Leads within CAMHS, Neurodevelopmental and Learning Disabilities Services.

We are looking for someone who has previous PA or Senior Secretary experience to provide efficient, accurate and prompt secretarial and admin support. The successful applicant will be required to manage workload effectively, following delegated duties. They will possess exceptional organisational and leadership skills, problem solving skills, excellent judgement, diplomacy and tact, which are essential attributes for this post.

The role requires someone with excellent written and oral communication skills, who is self-motivated and pro-active. The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative and also be able to work as part of a team. The post holder will be able to work within time constraints and be able to meet strict deadlines

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
