To support a man to access the community. Main Duties:

• To go out on trips of choosing
• To support on shopping trips
• To encourage and explore local activities for engagement
• To support to find part time work
• To encourage and support with social activities
• This is a lone working position.

  Please note, Compass Disability Services (Compass Independent Living Team) is a support, advisory and payroll service. We support people with a disability or long-term health condition to live independently and retain control of their lives within the community. We are not the person that you will work for. You will work for the individual or family that we are supporting.
  
  You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available.
Hours: Up to 10 hours per week. Hour's negotiable but to include up to 3-4 hours on a Sunday evening during school terms. Pay: £12.60 per hour (week rate) and £13.23 per hour (weekend rate) Mileage is paid at 40p/mile for any trips and bus fares are covered by a companion bus pass. Job Type: Part time
