Full Job Description

Looking for a PA to help with my 13-year-old daughter who is a fun loving, happy, easy going and content girl. Even though she is nonverbal she can communicate her needs. She will need help with physio activities, communication aids, play therapy, eating, drinking and having fun. Going out in the community in her wheelchair would be great too. Experience with PMLD children essential. 4 hours a week during weekends. Times to suit, not every weekend necessary. More hours available during school holidays Duties include: Personal grooming Eating and drinking assistance Moving and handling Other relevant duties as required Transportation Companionship Dressing / undressing Physiotherapy exercises Candidate qualities: Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality, All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required. Please note, if you are successful in your application for this position you will be employed directly by the individual employer and not Independent Lives. Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts.
