Full Job Description
- Maintain and manage Kit Kemp's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international trips, with occasional travel to New York.
- Support the Creative Director in managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Place orders for furniture and repairs for the Creative Director's properties both in the UK and abroad.
- Manage installations, deliveries, and international shipments to the Director's properties.
- Act as a liaison between Kit Kemp and designers, suppliers, and collaborators, assisting with photoshoots and Shop Kit Kemp.
- Represent Kit Kemp professionally and courteously, ensuring all interactions reflect the brand's high standards.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of Kit Kemp's office, ensuring it is well organised and efficient.
- Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Work closely with the design team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within the interior design or creative industries. - Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to New York and other locations as needed.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, manage Kit Kemp's diary, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
