I am an 18-year-old female who is looking for a same sex personal assistant to join my existing care team. Living with Autism, ADHD, and mental health complexities has been restricting throughout my childhood and as I transition to adulthood, I would like to gain confidence and independence from Mum to access the community, try new things, make new friends, and meet personal goals with the support of a trusted PA. The role would be ideally suited to someone starting or looking to progress/diversify their career. The role is initially for 3 hours per week, (Thursdays) with the intention of increasing hours once a relationship is established. Duties include: Transportation Companionship Encourage and assist preparing lunches and snacks To assist with building confidence and independence away from Mum. Encourage and participate in community activities; i.e., shopping, physical exercise, bowling, mini golf, cinema,peer group activities, etc. Accompany/transport to educational placements and appointments.
