Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to support the REACHE Team, providing administrative and general office support., To be the first point of contact for telephone, emails and face to face enquiries.
To provide diary and email management, arrange appointments, meetings/events and interviews.
To prepare agendas, book rooms and take minutes.
To order and maintain equipment/ stationary stocks.
To maintain internal filing and systems to effectively manage workloads.
We are looking for candidates who are conscientious, highly motivated, friendly and are able to work as part of the team.
As a PA you will be working closely with Senior management to provide effective, confident and efficient administration service. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to build relationships., Must be confident using Microsoft Outlook diary management with substantial experience of minute taking., Disability Confident
