Full Job Description
As a Personal Assistant to our Partners/Directors, you will be assisting our partners and directors in achieving theirs and helping them grow our business. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of meetings and events and will often be the first point of contact for our clients or potential clients so will be an 'ambassador' for our firm. We're happy to talk flexible working and consider reduced hours and job shares, we'll support you to balance your work and life. A look into the role As a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors with our Business Support Audit team you will:
- Manage complex diaries to ensure our partners and directors are always where they should be
- Coordinate travel requirements both domestic and overseas
- Monitor partner/director in-box and reply to emails on their behalf
- Process timesheets and expenses
- Act as a second pair of eyes and ears and help to pre-empt partner/director needs and requirements
Joining us as a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors the minimum criteria you'll need is proven successful experience for working as a Personal Assistant helping those at a senior level. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way. - Experience of working as part of a team in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Proactive approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels
