Personal Assistant required to support a young woman's life choices

I would need help with prepping and cooking my meals. Occasional deserts, but very simple like rice pudding. Nothing too complicated.

I would require help with laundry and general cleaning, like sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floor sometimes, along with helping me go do some shopping for groceries. I will also need help with watering my plants.

I would also require assistance with just going outside for a walk for up to 10 minutes, either with my walking frame or wheelchair.
This would require manual handling a large wheelchair into a boot of a car.

Also help with unpacking packages from online orders, and help lifting items i am not able to lift or move around the house on my own.

General personal care for when i need assistance with cleaning myself, taking a shower, washing my hair or going to the toilet.
