Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced person to provide PA administrative support to the NHS Talking Therapies Southampton Steps2Wellbeing leadership team. The successful candidate will provide PA support to the Senior Service Lead and the Locality Leads.

  • Take overall responsibility for the provision of comprehensive and efficient administrative and secretarial support
  • Process invoices and payment procedures
  • Provide support in the organisation and coordination of meetings
  • Carry out diary and communications management, development and maintenance of electronic filing systems
  • Communicate highly complex or sensitive information
  • To provide PA support for the Steps2Wellbeing Senior Lead and Locality Leads.
