Full Job Description

Advertised on behalf of a Customer - 3 hours per week.
The young woman requires support to develop and maintain daily care routines, to develop cleaning routines, and to maintain hygiene standards within the home. She also needs support with meal planning, shopping, cooking and healthy eating. There is other support in place to to assist her to understand how her Autism impacts on her , to develop strategies that support her to access social and community activities and to develops routines and structures that promote her independence .
