Personal Assistant / Support Worker for three hours per week

An individual living in Sileby requires support from either a self-employed or directly employed PA for three hours per week

Preferred days/times:
Three hours weekly support to be used flexibly, time and day to be arranged with the PA.

Tasks/duties:
Practical and emotional support to motivate the client to maintain a habitable environment, access the community and for support with correspondence

Client main diagnosis:
Anxiety & depression, Pneumonia, Epilepsy, and Leg drop (The client is alcohol dependent)

Communication:
No communication issues other than the client's phone is not currently working well and is being replaced.

Moving and handling:
The client can mobilise on their own with their walking aid

Client enjoys:
Outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and catapult shooting

The client has a Patterdale terrier dog called Snoop who is friendly.

This opportunity is suited for someone who is reliable, patient, and proactive.

The PA will require a clean UK driving licence and their own vehicle.
