Full secretarial support to the Care Group Management Team including:
+ Taking minutes at meetings
+ Producing/collating agendas
+ Comprehensive diary management
+ Producing reports
+ Handling data
+ Providing support/cover for the wider service when required.
+ Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams essential.

This includes the promotion of flexible working opportunities across the Trust., The post holder will provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Theatres & Anaesthesia Care Group management team. The role will also provide administrative and secretarial support and functions within a wider remit, as agreed and if required.
The post holder requires excellent organisational ability, must be flexible and able to work on their own initiative in resolving problems when they arise, along with a consistently high professional approach. They must be totally proficient in diary management and minute taking and have high levels of competency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams packages.
This role will provide full secretarial support to the Senior Management Team within the Theatres & Anaesthesia Care Group. This role is based within the Main Theatres environment at Medway Foundation Trust.
