Full Job Description

This role will provide proficient personal assistant support to the Chief Data Analytics . It will be required to co-ordinate their activities and provide administrative support. This is a varied and challenging role which requires a high degree of flexibility, initiative and confidentiality.Â,

  • Effective diary management - emphasis on anticipating needs and understanding priorities
  • Travel and accommodation management and co-ordination
  • Timely management of expenditure via Concur, ensuring a thorough filing and reference system is in place
  • Meeting co-ordination, preparation, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Co-ordination of data and preparation of relevant business reports e.g. KPIs
  • Managing routine one-off and recurring tasks, including resolving issues and implementing comprehensive solutions
  • Management and organisation of internal and external events e.g. conferences, meetings, events
  • Management and co-ordination of functional specific projects and administration

    Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
