Full Job Description

  • Be the go-to person: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, field questions and responses
  • Stay ahead of the game: Anticipate needs and plan proactively to ensure priorities are met.
  • Communication wizard: Handle emails, draft correspondence, and act as a liaison between all internal teams
  • Event planning: Assist in organising events, from small team gatherings to larger-scale internal and client functions
  • Personal support: Research topics, and assist with personal projects as needed.
