Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join National Tax Support has arisen and we are looking for an experienced Assistant to join our developing team. It is also a great time to join the UK Tax practice as it enters a dynamic growth phase. As a Personal Assistant to our Partners/Directors, you will be adding value by proactively assisting them to enhance their effectiveness through the removal of any admin burden and helping them to grow our business. You will often be the first point of contact for our clients or potential clients so will be an 'ambassador' both externally and with internal facing teams.

A look into the role
As a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors in our tax team you will:
· Manage complex diaries and schedules
· Coordinate travel requirements both domestic and international
· Monitor partner/director in-box and triage emails on their behalf
· Support business development activity and keep systems up to date
· Manage the organisation and execution of various events, such as meetings, seminars, conferences, dinners, networking events, and corporate hospitality, whether they are online, hybrid, in-house, or external
· Process timesheets and expenses and various admin tasks
Joining us as a Personal Assistant to Partners/Directors the minimum criteria you'll need is proven successful experience for working as an experienced Personal Assistant helping those at a senior level. · Experience of working as part of a team in a corporate environment
· Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and AI tools
· Excellent communication skills both written and oral
· Proactive approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels
