Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join The Duke of Richmond's Executive Team on a fixed term contract, for up to 1yr, to cover maternity leave, as part of a job share in a busy fast-paced environment, 3-days a week (24hrs) (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

The main focus of this role involves managing The Duke of Richmond's correspondence, assisting with key projects, audio /copy typing, drafting responses and ensuring compliance. This is a great time to join a fun team, who thrive on high standards of support and an obsession for perfection.

You'll be a vital part of our team, providing comprehensive support for The Duke, working with his Executive Manager and Executive Assistant. You'll also be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, and be a superstar at planning and organising your workload.

  • You'll be friendly and approachable with a great sense of humour

  • You'll be confident with the ability to build great relationships

  • Administration and secretarial experience in a busy fast paced environment

  • Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages

  • Excellent written and typing skills, including letter writing, report writing and presentation of information

  • Experience in managing multiple email inboxes

  • Experience in dealing with high level interfaces internally and externally including VIPs and VVIPs

  • An eagle eye for detail is imperative as is the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload
