Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team to provide a high standard of secretarial support and also administration support for learning beyond the classroom.
The successful candidate will have experience of providing senior personal assistant and administration support, ideally within a school setting. A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism is a must.
The successful candidate will also have the ability and confidence to work independently and will remain calm and professional when under pressure. They will approach tasks with a positive, can-do attitude, working with accuracy and attention to detail. They must have excellent I.T. skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
The hours of work are 37 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday inclusive from 8.30am to 5pm and Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm with an hour unpaid lunch break each day. The position is working term time only plus 3 weeks.
