Full Job Description

The Urgent Care Division is looking to appoint a competent and experienced Personal Assistant to provide a first class PA service to the Chief of Urgent Care and administrative support to the Urgent Care leadership team. The post holder will work closely with the other PA within the team., + The healthcare provider of first choice for the people of East Sussex.

We are seeking someone with excellent administrative and secretarial skills, high quality written and verbal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels within our large organisation and external stakeholders, as well as being highly proficient in the use of IT systems and Microsoft Office software., You should have significant experience of supporting management at a senior level, be able to prioritise a heavy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure, confident in undertaking minutes from a variety of meetings and possess a high standard of organisational skills.
The role is primarily based cross site ( Eastbourne District General Hospital and Conquest Hospital ; and the postholder will be required to work at either site and will be allocated one site as main base, this is likely to be Eastbourne. Previous NHS experience is desirable although not essential.
