Full Job Description

We are looking for an effective Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive and proactive support to the Veterinary Director here at Battersea London. This role provides high level and effective PA and administrative support (diary management, correspondence, distribution of documents, compilation of written and numerical reports, minuting meetings etc.) on a day-to-day basis, as well as a range of administrative support to the Senior Vet and Head Veterinary Nurse. You'll be working as part of our clinic team, who provides the highest standards of care in all clinical procedures, surgery, preventative medicine and infection control, observing the best principles of shelter medicine, and you'll also be working alongside colleagues across the charity to make a difference for every animal that comes through our gates., We are also committed to providing learning and development to our employees. The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience in a similar role, excellent organisational and communication skills, and be an advanced user of MS Office.
