Personal Assistant x 2 (Jobshare) CILR / Dorset / 030424

The Role: To support a lady to maintain her independence in the home to cover live in carers break. This is an employed position.

Main Duties:

• To prepare snack lunch/drinks


• Personal care


• Interaction


• Assist with paperwork/emails/TV.
  
  Respectful of confidentiality and privacy


• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy


• Respectful of dignity and independence


• Good communication skills and social skills


• Punctual, and flexible


• Understanding, adaptable and organised


• Driver with minimum 2 years' experience.

Please note, Compass Disability Services (Compass Independent Living Team) is a support, advisory and payroll service. We support people with a disability or long-term health condition to live independently and retain control of their lives within the community. We are not the person that you will work for. You will work for the individual or family that we are supporting.

Hours: 2 x positions
- Position 1 Monday 2.5hrs and Tuesday 3hrs
- Position 2 2.5hrs every Friday afternoon between 13.00-15.30pm. The ability to work occasional other days helpful but not essential.

4-week annual leave pro rata
Pay: £16.00 per hour
