Full Job Description

  • The Role: To support a young man with a diagnosis of Autism to access the community and maintain their independence by supporting them in their day-to-day life. This is an employed position.


    • Main Duties:
  • Access community

  • Day trips

  • Life skills/shopping

    Respectful of confidentiality and privacy

  • Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy

  • Respectful of dignity and independence

  • Good communication skills and social skills

  • Punctual and flexible

  • Ability to work on your own initiative.

  • Understanding, adaptable and organised

  • Car owner with driving licence, use of own vehicle required, and business insurance essential.
