Full Job Description

Successful applicants need to be aware of the issues facing young people and demonstrate how they can support them to build their confidence, self-esteem and emotional resilience. Working to the EIF framework around personal development, applicants will offer academic, practical and emotional support and helping them to develop life skills to make positive changes in their lives to succeed. Minimum qual - i.e. relevant Level 3 or equivalent with grades A

  • -C in English and Mathematics. Proven knowledge of the issues facing young people today and the ability to support and encourage them to remain on programme. Good experience of delivering both workshops, small group work and 1:1s across the softer skills and the social, emotional and personal issues.
