Full Job Description

  • Oversee personal injury litigation from inception to conclusion.

  • Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information.

  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

  • Organise and maintain case files and documents.

  • Perform legal research and analysis on pertinent laws and regulations.

  • Assist in trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organisation.

  • Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances.

  • Support the principal solicitor and office manager as needed.

    Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience handling Clinical Negligence, RTA, EL/PL, or CICA claims.

  • Proficient in managing all aspects of a case from client interview to trial.

  • Strong understanding of multi-track cases, including costs and litigation processes.

  • Excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to construct clear and effective arguments for optimal client outcomes.

  • Team player with a keen interest in marketing and business development activities., Strong track record in personal injury litigation.

  • Experience using MOJ portals.

  • Ability to manage and prioritise a high caseload using a case management system.

  • Commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and being an integral part of the team.

  • Willingness to participate in business development and marketing initiatives., Personal Injury / Clinical negligence: 2 years (required)

    Salary will be commensurate with experience.
