Personal Injury / Medical Negligence / Civil Litigation Solicitor

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury/Negligence Solicitor (Newly Qualified - 10 years PQE) to join our legal team in administering a range of fast, intermediate and multi-track cases.

The Claims Partnership are a highly regarded solicitors firm based on historic Winckley Square in Preston, Lancashire. All the firms services are offered on an exclusively No Win/No Fee basis. Those services include fast track and multi track administrations of Serious Injury clams, fast track EL/PL claims, together with non OICP RTA claims. Most claims are litigated with a high percentage of those claims being allocated to the multi-track.

The firm also administers claims across all areas of medical negligence, with a developing specialisation in Cosmetic Surgery.

The other strand of the work administered by the firm are Professional Negligence claims against a variety of different professionals, including Architects, Accountants and Solicitors.

Applications are invited from Qualified Solicitors with between 0 -10 years PQE in some or all of the above areas of practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for the applicant to develop their skills as a solicitor and significantly increase their fee earning and salary. Full training and daily one to one support and mentoring will be available.
