Full Job Description
- Manage personal injury litigation from inception to conclusion.
- Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organise and maintain case files and documents.
- Perform legal research and analysis on pertinent laws and regulations.
- Assist in trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organisation.
- Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances.
- Support the principal solicitor and office manager as needed.
- Handle a mixture of EL, PL, and some RTA cases.
- Focus primarily on Fast Track work with opportunities to assist on Multi Track matters.
Strong background in personal injury litigation. - Experience using MOJ portals.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a high caseload with a case management system.
- Excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective argument construction for optimal client outcomes.
- Team player with an interest in marketing and business development activities., Personal Injury Claims: 2 years (required)
Training contract available after successful completion of a 6-month probation period. - Salary will be commensurate with experience.
