As a Personal Tax Partner, you'll take charge of the Personal Tax department, driving its strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of the practice, fostering growth, and nurturing talent within the team. Working closely with the firm's wider leadership team, you'll also play a key role in expanding our client base and enhancing our service offerings.,

  • Lead and manage the Personal Tax department, ensuring the highest standards of service.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on complex tax issues.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the personal tax practice, leveraging your expertise and network.

  • Collaborate with other Partners to provide comprehensive advisory services.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

    CTA or ACA qualified with extensive experience in personal / private client tax.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and inspiring teams.

  • Strong client relationship skills, with a focus on providing tailored, high-quality advice.

  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, capable of driving business growth.
